In Cartridges Returns Policy

We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at WA Ink Cartridges. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a full credit refund / and or exchange.

Freight Charges are excluded from refund. Any exchange will incur additional freight charges.

When you return a product please provide: An original WA Ink Cartridges tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket. The products original packaging, including any instruction manuals and /or information booklets and original cartons/container.
